Day 1 : Order Business Cards & Signs, Learn the Office

It is crucial  that your clients know where you are and how to contact you. We will have new signage ordered, as well as business cards. During the first day you will also choose a desk space and learn about the amenities available in the office.

 

Day 2 : Meet Our Admins - Learn How to Use our office systems

Our Admin staff is top-notch. Whichever office you primarily decide to work out of, you'll learn the key office systems necessary in order to progress.

 

Day 3 : Determine Strategy to Announce News and Changes to Clients

You and your clients are our top priority. We will work with you to create a tailored communication strategy to inform your clients of the changes you've made in your business and the benefits they can expect working with RE/MAX.

 

DAY 5 : TECHNOLOGY & BRANDING SETUP with Doug

Your online reputation, presence, and branding are all essential components in today's real estate market. Ensuring your clients can not only find you online, but can find positive information, your biography, past sales, among other useful details, is critical.

We will meet to discuss a strategy for your business and what websites need to be utilized going forward.

 

Day 7 : Meet to discuss business plan & Goals

RE/MAX Real Estate Center is a goals-oriented environment. We want you to reach your utmost potential and that starts with an excellent business plan and strategic goals.

This meeting will be very productive and assist you in establishing the framework for the coming months with RE/MAX.

 

DAY 10 : SIT AND GO THROUGH OFFICE PROCEDURES AND FORMS WITH MIKE

Understanding our systems and forms is essential to success. We will make this easy for you to understand so you can focus on what is most important in your business.

 

DAY 15 : PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS TO CLIENTS & SPhere

We will meet with you to share the PR and marketing collateral created to send out to your client base and sphere. Our goal is to continually reinforce your value proposition to grow your business through multiple channels, including print, online, social media, etc.

 

Day 20 : Technology Training with doug

Technology in real estate continues to advance at a fast pace. In this training we will discuss the most important topics pertaining to your growth. CRMs, internet leads, Circlepix, ShowingTime, Dotloop, among other tools are all on the table.

We tailor a technology training specific to you to ensure you can take your newfound knowledge and apply it immediately.
